Section 61
Punishment for erasing a document with a postage stamp or removing a postage stamp from a document
: If a person erases a document or the postage stamp itself for the purpose of using a postage stamp affixed on a document for the purpose of a document for the purpose of a document by forgery or with the intention of causing damage to the government of Nepal.
